You must present yourself at reception. You'll need to show proof of identity and sign in so that your host can be informed of your presence. Your host will pick you up in the building lobby. He will tell you when to enter the buildings. Under no circumstances should you be alone in the buildings outside the times specified. Stay with your host during the tour.
What to do in an emergency: Call or have someone call emergency services: dial 15 from a landline or 112 from a cell phone. Call reception by dialing 45 00 from a laboratory phone or 04 91 16 45 00. First-aiders will then be alerted and on hand until help arrives.
In the event of fire: - Sound the alarm - Call the fire department on 18 from a landline or 112 from a cell phone - Calmly evacuate the premises and go to the assembly point. - When you hear the beep, follow your host and go to the assembly point - In the event of smoke, duck. Fresh air is at ground level. The building is equipped with a defibrillator, located on the ground floor near reception. There is no need for prior training to use a defibrillator in case of need.
