Necessary prerequisites? Knowledge of biochemistry (protein sequence, protein post-translational modifications (PTMs))

Equipment required?
A clean gown, a 20 µL pipette and a 200 µL pipette

Important note: If you wish, you can carry out the trypsin digestion of your own protein samples. Please contact the IMM’s Proteomics Platform (proteomique@imm.cnrs.fr) before registering for this course so that we can advise you on the preparation and storage of your samples (max. 2/student).
