Microscopy

The IMM Microscopy Platform is a service available to the entire scientific community, comprising two components: Optical Microscopy and Electron Microscopy. Projects carried out within this platform come from IMM teams, as well as from other regional teams and companies. The biological systems studied are mainly bacteria, viruses, giant viruses, amoebae, micro-algae, as well as macromolecules etc.

Imaging department

- Cryo-EM, Cryo-Tomography, TEM, Tomography, CLEM, 3DSIM, TIRF, CLSM, WideField, Image analysis

Consulting and training

- Individual training in various techniques and instruments.
