Nuclear Magnetic Resonance

The NMR platform offers state-of-the-art equipment for the structural characterization of molecules in solution, from metabolites to macromolecular complexes. Users benefit from both technical expertise and equipment for analyses in the fields of chemistry, metabolomics and biology.

The platform is equipped with a BRUKER 600 MHz spectrometer, a cryoprobe and a latest-generation electronic console (Avance NEO). This is the most powerful NMR equipment in the PACA region, enabling the analysis of molecules in small quantities or complex mixtures.

Applications range from the structural determination of small molecules (natural or synthetic substances) and macromolecules (proteins, nucleic acids) to the dynamic study of complex systems, for example through kinetic monitoring.

Scientific Director: Dr Latifa Elantak.
